Maple, Bacon, Cinnamon – Rolled

This is what I woke up to this morning.

Go ahead, look back up. Take it all in. That’s bacon on top of a sugary glaze made from Grade A maple syrup, drizzled over homemade cinnamon rolls. I have the best wife ever.

The recipe is from Delcious Coma. There’s also a delicious recipe on TasteFresno for those that like their rolls wrapped in bacon.

The next batch of these yummers will have a strip of bacon wrapped in each one.

2 people have used it – and no, that does not include me. It’s gonna take off. I can feel it. Buttons, shirts, hats, bumper stickers – you’ll be sad when I make my fortune off that word.

Kim was worried they weren’t good because her dough didn’t rise much, but they were awesome.

      Awe. Some.
