My name is James Collier, and I’m a photographer and storyteller based in California’s Central Valley. Foie what? Flannel?

Truth be told, I’ve never had foie gras this isn’t about foie gras (since starting the blog, I have tried it). But foie gras is symbolic of decadence and a “refined” palette, unlike flannel, which is simple, comforting, and good for any season. I love the intricacies of what we eat, but I’m a fan of being comfortable.
